Women Dirt Bike Riders

Dirt Bikes Review: Young women acquire their love for dirt bike riding at a very young age. They are either taught to ride by their fathers, brothers or some other family member. Sometimes they may even be exposed to the sport by a family friend or some other friend. What ever the case, girls thrive on competition just as boys do. Venture on over to You Tube and you’ll find many videos of young girls riding off road bikes. One that I particularly like is the video of Emma, a five year old who explains the different parts and controls on her bike – with a little coaching from dad, she then proceeds to demonstrate her riding technique. What to be learned here is that girls love dirt bikes and motorcycles. To further emphasize the point I’m trying to make, the Women’s WMA/AMA, Motocross Association supports the women’s pro national championship sports events and the American Motocross association also host motocross competition for women. These events are held all across the United States at different venues. One of these fantastic young women is Sherri Cruse. She is twenty years old, 5’1” just 115 lbs, and has been a participant since 1998 and a competitor since 2005. Her games history reads like a who’s, who in the world of motocross racing. Read her complete history, bio, see photos and more, just Google her. There are many women young and old who do not race but they enjoy the freedom of riding a motorcycle – be it a street cruiser or a dirt bike. In fact, there is another You Tube video that features a forty-six year old women just learning to ride a dirt bike; and she plans on buying her own. So here is the message to all young girls, teenage girls and mature women, no matter what your age, if you feel that you would like to ride a dirt bike or a motorcycle, get the proper training either from someone you know or an approved training school. Training schools are easy to find, just surf the net and you’ll be surprised at how easy they can be found.
